Oyster safari in the Wadden Sea

When going on an oyster safari, it is highly recommended to go with a nature guide like Sten Munk Svendsen, who is very well acquainted with the area. Otherwise you can easily get lost or get stuck in the mud, thereby getting caught in the high tide.
